    1500m at 10km effort 90 sec rec. 1500m at 5km effort 2 min rec. 3km tempo
    Thurs
    8-10 by 3mins at 10km effort with 75 sec rec

    Marathon training
    Tues
    10 by 5mins at tempo effort with 60 sec rec.
    Thurs
    12 by 3mins with 75 sec rec 10 mile effort
    Long run 2hours
    Other runs 45-50 mins.
    Bonus day -day 6 30 mins easy
