Session: 2 by 3km tempo, with 4 by 200m fast efforts after
session:2km tempo, 6 by 600m, at 10km pace, with 90 sec rec, 1km tempo
I’ve only joined up with Pirahna. Just wasn’t to check if the run training for Thursday night is suitable for first timers.
Colin- yes for all levels, you go at your own pace.
