    Tuesday
    Session – 20minute tempo run (3/4 mins recovery) followed by 4 by 400m fast with 1min recovery

    Thursday
    Session – 1200/200, 800/200, 400/200, 800/200, 1200/200 recovery 100m/200m (Not done last week due to the weather)
