    Tuesday
    4 by 1500m with 2 min rec. 1100m at 10km pace and the last 400m picked up to 5km pace

    Thursday
    10 by 400m with 90 sec rec at 5km pace

    Marathon group
    Tuesday
    -Those that raced at the weekend 80mins relaxed
    -those that did a pick up long run at the weekend 3 by 3km tempo with 2 min rec

    Thursday
    30 min run and 3 strides followed with 20 by 400m with a 100 m jog recovery. 10km pace

    -50mins easy
    -40 mins with 8 by 80m turn over strides.
    -long run 2.30
