    4 by 1500m loop with 2min rec
    Ironman group
    3 by 1500m loop at half marathon pace..
    Should feel very comfortable
    With 3 by 100m fast strides after

    Thursday
    1600m,1200m,800m,400m
    All with 3min rec

    Anyone racing this weekend
    2km at 10km pace
    With 4 by 150m fast strides
