    Tuesday
    1500m loop @ 5km pace. 2min rec
    6 by 2mins with 1 min rec @ 3km pace, 1 min rec
    1500m loop @ 5km pace

    Thursday
    10min jog warm up
    6 by 4mins with alternating paces of half marathon, 10km, 5km. The recovery is 40 seconds after the half marathon 4mins, 1min after the 10km effort and 2mins after the 5km effort.
