    Tuesday
    Tempo run – 20mins around the Sports Centre field
    6 by 200m Fast 1min rec

    Thursday
    10min jog warm up
    5mins, 4mins, 3mins, 2mins, 1min @ 5km pace all with 1min jog recovery in between
    10mins easy jog cool down

    The track is still closed so I reckon ye will be meeting in Sean Moore Park close to the stadium

    Hey Alan,

    I leave Irishtown reception at 7:45pm sharp every Thursday, so if people are unsure where the park is – meet me there and we’ll run over.
