    6 by 400m @ 1500m pace, 60 sec jog/3 mins after set
    3000m @ 10km pace

    Thursday
    3 sets of 3 by 400m @ 5km pace , rec 60 sec/3 mins between sets

    If racing at the weekend
    6 by 200m @ 5km pace
