    (Half marathon pace, 10km, 5km)

    Marathon group
    4 by 1500m
    (marathon pace,half,10km,half) rec 2 mins

    Thursday
    2km at 10km pace rec 3 mins
    5 by 300m rec 1 min / 3 mins after set
    2km at 10km pace
