S&C Classes – Tuesdays at 7am

Hi All

A few of us do a S&C class every Tuesday morning at 7 at Dublin Sports Clinic with Peter Mathews, an ex international runner and top strength and conditioning coach.

We have approximately 3 spaces available and cost will be around €60 per block of 4 sessions (depending on numbers).
