    Heading for first sea swim Saturday morning at Bull wall near changing rooms, weather permitting, high tide at 8.30, so was aiming for 8am, if weather is bad we can head back to WW for Sineads session.

    I’d definitely be up for that and at least 3 people at swimming this morning said they’d be there too.

    Belinda texted me to ask to post on her behalf as she had difficultly getting onto the website earlier today.
