    For those of you looking to avail of a good sports massage – Paul from Reflex in Westwood Clontarf has agreed the following discounted rate of €45 for Piranhas (normally €60)

    He works in WW Mondays 5pm – 9pm, Weds 11am to 3pm and Saturdays 12pm to 6pm.

    Discount requires presentation of Triathlon Ireland membership card.

    If above times do not suit – you can ping Paul on 086-1903413 to see if other times could be agreed

    I’ve got a sports massage from Paul the past two weeks and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Perfect for anyone doing the marathon in a few weeks to get any pains and aches ironed out
