Sunday 7th Bike Spin – All levels welcome

Hello Piranhas,

Please post up if attending for an idea of numbers, leaders required etc.

We will meet @ Westwood for 9 am. Remember to park in overflow if not a member of Westwood Gym. We will stop for Coffee somewhere too, and we can decide where as a group on Sun Morning. Weather looks dry and calm, with west north westerly winds of 15km. We will incorporate an Airport Loop so you will then be familiar with it, which is handy for quick flat training. Head to Naul, Improvers will turn at Ballyboughal and then sail home to Westwood.
