    Hi all,

If you are new to tri, you will notice that some of the following swim equipment is used at the swim sessions:

    1. Pull buoy
    2. Fins
    3. Paddles

If you don’t have any of the above and not sure of what to buy just have a chat with the swim coaches and they will advise what is best. Buying equipment can be expensive so don’t feel obliged to buy everything straight away. This is just a gentle reminder that we will be increasingly using these pieces of equipment in the coming weeks and months. Improvers in particular should have a pull buoy and fins in their swim bag.

However, if you are interested in purchasing new equipment, there is a Piranha bundle available with Swimkit:

    http://www.swimkit.ie/piranha-triathlon-club-kit-bag/

    WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

The kit bag includes all your training essentials:

    1. Mesh bag
    2. Pull buoy
    3. Fins
    4. Strokemakers paddles (recommended size one for triathletes and 2 for very experienced only)
    5. Snorkle

As for goggles, in particular those for OWS, it is always best to pop out and try goggles on before purchasing to ensure that they fit.

    Cheers
    Dave
