Swim kit

Hi All,

The swim coaches will be working on technique quite a bit in the coming weeks, they have asked that we bring our swim kit to the swim sessions. Can everyone start to do this from now on please.

Which days would be using these on? I swim with the advanced Thurs and Friday and dont want extra baggage on the bike if I dont have to.

I have a spare pullbuoy (Arena, which seem to be smaller than other makes) if anyone needs one, just shout and it’s yours!

I could drop it into Westwood.

Hi Niall,

The coaches have asked that we bring our training aids to all sessions. It’s up to you as to weather or not you want to bring the gear but the sessions might require them.

In an effort to make us all awesome come spring, the coaches are planning sets to build strength and improve technique. Please remember to bring your fins, pull buoys and paddles to all sessions.
