    Marathon runners:

    1. Congrats!
    2. Rest 🙂 Jogging allowed.

    Regular runners:

    • 8pm: 10 minute warm-up
    • Warm-up drills
    • 4 laps of jogging the bends, stride the lengths
    • 4x600m at 5K pace with 60 second recovery.
    • 4 laps of jogging the bends, stride the lengths
    • Plyometrics
    • Cool down.
