Where is it – UCD Sports Centre
When – Fridays at 7am
Who’s it for – There are 2 lanes.
The intermediate lane is for swimmers who can swim at a pace of 1:40 to 2:20 on a set of five 100’s
The Advanced lane swimmers should be able swim at 1:25-1:40 on a set of five 100’s
There are 14 slots in each lane, we expect it to fill quickly. Get online in time to secure your place. This block will run from April 15th
