Where is it – UCD Sports Centre

When – Fridays at 7am

Who’s it for
There are 2 lanes.
The intermediate lane is for swimmers who can swim at a pace of 1:45 to 2:20 on a set of five 100’s
The Advanced lane swimmers should be able swim at 1:25-1:45 on a set of five 100’s

There are 14 slots in each lane, we expect it to fill quickly. Get online in time to secure your place.
