Warm Weather Training Attendee List so far…. (and draft training schedule)

Hi All,

I’ll be providing a draft list of attendees to Dave in SMT later today/early tomorrow. Like other folk, if you are undecided on which camp you would like to attend, can you still please add your name to the list so as to provide an indication of numbers to SMT? No deposit will be required until mid November.

Hi All,

A brief update on WWT….

As it stands, we have 39 members interested in Warm Weather Training for 2016. Currently the attendance is very much split between the 2 camps, 15 for Lanzarote, 14 for the Algarve and 10 people still undecided. With the required deposit date of the 13th of November coming up in less than 2 weeks, you will need to make a decision on this fairly lively. Remember the Lanzarote camp will require FULL Payment by the 19th of December.

Coaches
Training in both camps will be provided by Sergio and his team. For people who don’t know Sergio, check out Endurance Solutions on his Facebook page or alternatively bios are available on the Shipmytri website http://www.shipmytribike.ie/index.php/main/article/training-camps

Once people have made their final decisions we can start looking at pairing up for accommodation if required.

Great to see so many Piranha’s committing to warm weather training!! I’m really looking forward to the Easter Camp – it will be a springboard for my Barcelona IM preparation.

If you have not yet signed-up, there is still time to do so. It is a great club experience, fantastic training in glorious surroundings and hopefully some sunshine too!! Both dates and venues are spectacular.

And those of you who are undecided – its time to get off that fence!!

A few people interested in this year’s Warm Weather Training have been asking for further detail on the Training Schedules.

The detailed training schedule from 2015 is posted below and will give you a better indication of what will be covered.
