Wednesday 23rd March
– 8.15pm Turbo Session with Ian Cassidy at Star of the Sea, Sandymount. Short run immediately after so bring runners & warm gear.

Thursday 24th March
– 7.00am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood

– 8.00pm Track Session with Maria McCambridge. Irishtown Stadium.

Friday 25th March
– 7.00am Swim with Anthony Mulholland – All Levels – Westwood
– 7.00am Swim with Jack – UCD

Saturday 26th March
– 8.15am – 9.45am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood (Option to leave after 1 hour)

– 10.00am – Long Run. Meet in Westwood reception at the couches. Member led.

That’s been updated there now to include the Thursday run session and also the later Sunday cycle start time (for Easter Sunday only). Copy and paste was bound to catch up with me at some stage!
