    Hi all – Please see below training options for the week ahead.
    It is important that you read this document on return to training protocols before attending any club session – the document has been updated to account for some new changes. Please review. link —> here

    Monday 28 September
    Swim at UCD. Coached by Anthony Mulholland. Swim time: 7.30am – 8.30am
    Max 15 swimmers. Participants must be preregistered online

    Swim at UCD. Coached by Mark Waters. Swim time: 7pm – 8pm
    This session is intended for new members and beginner swimmers ONLY
    Max 15 swimmers. Participants must be preregistered online

    Pilates with Diane – 7pm on Zoom.

    Tuesday 29 September
    7.00pm Run Session at UCD with Maria / Gary . Participants must be preregistered online. Meeting point is on the grass opposite the car park 300m before the UCD Sports Centre.
    7.00pm Run Session at Clontarf Promenade . Participants must be preregistered online. This is a MEMBER-LED session to do the session set out by Maria.

    Wednesday 30 September
    7pm – Zoom turbo session led by cycling coach, Ian Cassidy. Zwift meet-up available too. Please add Ian Cassidy on Zwift to be added to the meet-up. Zoom details below.

    Thursday 1 October
    8.00pm Run Session, all levels. Coach – Maria. Irishtown Stadium, meeting point is on the track. Participants must enter the track from the side entrance and must be preregistered online.

    Friday 2 October
    7.00am to 8.00am – UCD Swim Session. Currently operating at 2 lanes and 5 people per lane. Max 10 swimmers. Participants must be preregistered online.

    Saturday 3 October:

    No sessions.

    Sunday 4 October:
    8.30am – Club spins – meet at Westwood, Clontarf – further details to follow closer to the weekend. Participants must be preregistered online.
