Monday 31st August
New to Tri Seminar on Zoom at 7.30 PM – Zoom details have been shared in the New to Tri Whatsapp Group

Tuesday 1st September
7.00pm Run Session at UCD with Maria. Participants must be preregistered online. Meeting point is on the grass opposite the car park 300m before the UCD Sports Centre.

Wednesday 2nd September
7pm – Skills session with Coach Ian Cassidy – meet across from Tree of Life, St Anne’s Park at the junction of Watermill Road and James Larkin Road. Participants must be preregistered online.

Thursday 3rd September
6.30pm – 7:30pm: Swimming @ Clontarf baths – All levels – one hour open session, self-seeded. Participants must be preregistered online.
8.00pm Run Session, all levels. Coach – Maria. Irishtown Stadium, meeting point is on the track. Participants must enter the track from the side entrance and must be preregistered online.

Friday 4th September
7.00am to 8.00am – UCD Swim Session. Currently operating at 3 lanes and 8 people per lane. Max 24 swimmers. Participants must be preregistered online.

Saturday 5th September
8:45am – 9:45am: Swimming @ Clontarf baths – All levels – one-hour open session, self-seeded. Participants must be preregistered online.

Sunday 6th September
8.30am – Club spins – meet at Westwood at 8.25am, Clontarf – further details to follow closer to the weekend. Participants must be preregistered online.
