    Monday 9th March
    8.15pm Turbo session with bike coach Ian Cassidy. St Anthony’s Hall, Clontarf (parking access through laneway off St Lawrence’s Rd)
    8.30pm New to Tri Coffee – Westwood – New to tri team
    9-10pm Swim Session – Improvers & Intermediates – Westwood. Coach – Mark Waters

    Tuesday 10th March
    6:30 – 7:00am 2 x lanes member led – Westwood (optional additional 30 mins ahead of coached session)
    7-8am Swim Session – Intermediate/Advanced – Westwood. Coach – Ewa

    7.00pm Run Session at UCD. Coach – Maria & Gary. Meeting point is on the grass opposite the car park 300m before the UCD Sports Centre. Exact location click —> here
    7.00pm Run Session, Clontarf promenade, member-led. Meet at Sail Sculpture on Clontarf promenade opposite Garda Station. Post up on WhatsApp groups to see who else is going.

    Wednesday 11th March
    No formal club sessions – Andy Kenny spinning block has started

    Thursday 12th March
    7-8am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood. Coach – Ewa.

    8.00pm Run Session, all levels. Coach – Maria & Gary. Irishtown Stadium, meeting point is on the track.

    Friday 13th March
    7-8am Swim – All Levels – Westwood. Coach – Anto

    7-8am Swim – 2 lanes – UCD. Coach – Jack.

    Saturday 14th March
    8.15am – 9.45am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood. Coach – Niall McD

    Sunday 15th March
    Sunday spin, member-led. Further details during the week.

    7.30pm – 8.30pm Swim Session Westwood – Improver & Intermediates. Coach – TBC

    RE: COVID-19

    Piranha & Triathlon Ireland are being guided by the latest information from the health authorities, the Government and Sport Ireland.

    We will continue to monitor this situation closely but currently the guidance is that clubs should continue with normal activities while taking precautions against the spread of COVID-19 such as regular hand washing, social distancing and exercising proper cough and sneeze etiquette.
