    Hello Frank:

    just a gentle reminder that there were a number of Piranhas completed IM races in Mallorca and Barcelona as well as a Kona Race..

    can we get the HoF updated to include these athletes please

    Hello Pilates group:

    Just a reminder that Pilates classes will start this Monday night coming in St John’s Parish centre on Seafield road, This hall is adjacent to the church which is being Renovated at the moment. There is parking at the back of the side and back of the hall NOTE: it is on Seafield road, accessible from the from Vernon Ave and Castle Ave, Start time 7:15pm. €50 on registration.

    it is important that this is a different hall to the one we did pilates in earlier in the year. that was St. Anthony’s.

    Hello Folks:

    this has filled up quicker than anticipated, so apologies to those who are late but all the places are now filled for this session of Pilates.
