Annual Bursary for Emerging Talent

Announcing Piranha Triathlon Club’s Annual Bursary for Emerging Talent

Piranha is delighted to support young talent and has created an annual bursary to assist emerging athletes. Successful applicants will be over 18, based in Dublin and eligible to race under 23’s races in the 2024 season. 

The full bursary is to the value of €500 and may include the following: 

• Membership of Piranha Triathlon Club for one year.
• Access to all Piranha bike, run, swim, open water sessions and workshops (e.g. talks about nutrition, bike maintenance and training) during that year. 
• Access to Piranha club coaches, some of whom are closely involved in Triathlon Ireland’s Youth Talent and High Performance Programs. 
• Access to Piranha discounts e.g. bike fitting and bike shops. 
• Piranha tri-suit. 
• Entry to Dublin City Triathlon races.
• Cash funding to assist with triathlon expenses (e.g. gear, race entries and travel).
