Notice of AGM 10th Oct

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Piranha Triathlon Club will take place at the Clarence Hotel, 6-8 Wellington Quay, Dublin 2 at 8pm on Saturday 10th October 2015 to transact the following business:

• Receipt and approval of the Annual Report in the form of a presentation by the Chairman on behalf of the members of the Committee on the activities of the Club during the past year;
• Receipt and adoption of the Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure accounts;
• Election of Officers and Committee Members;
• Consideration of resolutions of which notice has been given
• Transaction of any general business.
