Ironman Dublin Bike course Spin

I am available to take anyone doing Ironman 70.3 Dublin on a Cycle around the Bike course ( well 72km of it) on Saturday 20th June at 9am

We will start from the Phoenix Park where you can park as this is where we will finish. The Section from Dun Laoghaire into town / Phoenix park is straight forward and you can do in your own time.

Post up if you are interested. Dont Post up if you cant make it that day as I am not free any other Saturday or Sunday before the race !!

might be able to move it to 8.30am but no earlier but 3 hrs is loads for 70km

Thanks John. Yes, I’d be interested as I’ve yet to figure out the course. And Judy I can take you round sometime after that….not sure yet if I’ll want to bitch about the course/road surface ….we’ll see how we fare on the 20th!
