Ironman Q&A – slides and next steps

Thanks for all who attended the Ironman Q&A session.

In terms of next steps especially related to selecting a club race – we took a new poll based on slides 24 – 25 and the results were as follows
Barcelona – 15 votes
Sweden – 5 votes
Copenhagen – 1 vote
Austria – 0 votes — eliminated
Mallorca – 0 votes — eliminated

So we now have a short list of 3 races – request the rest of the people who were unable to attend review the above 3 races (and others if specific preference) against the factors on slide 23 and slide 26 and post up their decision on this thread.

I will keep track of the poll and announce the winner

In terms of keeping things focused as these races sell out on the day they open – we need a final call before end June
Barcelona – 2016 registration date – 4th October
Sweden – 2016 registration date – 15th Aug
Copenhagen – 2016 registration date – 23rd Aug

@Darragh – yes I think that would be unwise – it would be very difficult to manage two full Ironman training cycles without something giving (plus try selling that to your girlfriend!)
