The next session focussing on cycling is planned for the 8th July in the Maldron hotel (opposite Bord Gais Energy theatre) at 7:30pm

Plus John as generously volunteered to be available after the club swim/run sessions on the 4th and 11th July for people to grab some one on one time with him.

Please post up if you plan to attend the next session on 1st July or either of 4th or 11th July sessions so we can have an idea of numbers.
