New committee and AGM highlights

We are delighted to announce the newly elected Piranha Triathlon Club committee for 2026, as confirmed at our recent AGM held on 11th October at St. Anthony’s House, Clontarf. The meeting reflected on a year of strong membership (261 members, with 64 new joiners), vibrant training and social activities, and a highly successful RDJ Dublin City Triathlon. 

Highlights included the club’s achievements in the National Series, the uptake of new club gear, and the introduction of the Emerging Talent Bursary. Members also discussed plans for 2026, including maintaining our social media momentum, expanding New-to-tri initiatives, and ensuring the club’s financial sustainability while not increasing fees for 2026.

We extend our thanks to all outgoing and incoming committee and sub-committee members for their dedication and to everyone who contributed to the club’s success this year.
