    Hi all –

We are delighted to announce that we have arranged for Olympian, health & wellness expert and RTE’s Fittest Family coach Derval O’Rourke to come and give a talk to the club in conjunction with nutritionist Dr. Sharon Madigan (more details in the bios below). Derval will talk about her experience as a professional athlete and how she incorporated diet/cooking into her approach. Sharon is a registered dietitian that works in sport and can give an insight into a professional, scientific approach to diet. This should be a hugely beneficial talk from two very knowledgeable contributors in their respective fields, which should help get the 2018 season off to a great start. Derval has asked for us to send in some questions to her in advance. In order to facilitate this please submit your questions to training@piranhatri.com. There will be a Q&A session afterwards too for questions on the day.

The talk will take place in Westwood Clontarf on Saturday 24th February after Swim training.
