Winter Virtual Turbo Session – Wednesdays 7pm

Training: Turbo sessionLevels: All levels welcomeLocation: Zoom 

Duration: 1.5 hours

You will receive a Zoom link when you sign up for the session on Glofox. Members log into Zoom and the bike coach (Ian) will guide you through the session involving a mix of efforts and rest periods.

Summer Skills/Strength/Hills Session – Wednesdays 7pm

Training: Skills/strength/hills sessionLevels: All levels welcomeLocation: Clontarf bike path at the junction with Causeway Rd (opposite the Tree of Life)

Duration: 1.5 hours

Club Spin – Sundays

Training: Cycling (Endurance) sessionLevels: All levels welcome – Groups will be divided according to duration & ability. See the Cycling Programme (above) for further details.Location: WestWood Gym, Clontarf and Yellow House, Rathfarnham

Start: 7:30am to 9:00am depending on the time of year.

Duration: minimum 2 – 4 hours depending on the group

Club cycles will be posted weekly onto the announcement WhatsApp group close to the weekend. Please ensure that you read the rules of group cycling in the Cycling Programme (below) BEFORE participating in any of the club cycles.
