    Sorry guys we are not doing the race on Thursday. Training as normal on Thursday in irishtown.

    Tuesday
    2 by 3 km at 10km pace effort. 2.30 Rec, 1 by 1500m at 10km effort
    Thursday
    10/12 by 400m

    Marathon group

    Tuesday
    Warm up and cool down 1500m loop
    3 by 5km with 500m jog rec. tempo effort.
    Starts at the hedge,3 laps plus the 500m straight. Jog back the 500m to repeat

    Thursday
    20 by 400m with 1 min rec
