    Hey Folks,

    Maria is away until next week. Training is as follows:

    Tuesday:
    6km tempo: 4 laps of sports centre field. Then 6 by 100m strides after. Walk back recovery.

    Thursday:
    5 by 1km with 2.30 mins recovery
