Hi,

Meeting outside reception of Irishtown/Crusaders Athletics Stadium at 7pm. (brighter and easier to find for newbies)

As per recent weeks, 45 – 60 min out and back run past Sean Moore Park at your own comfortable/easy aerobic pace.
