    All 5km effort. 100jog rec
    Marathon group
    Tuesday
    6km tempo,3 min rec, 4 by 1500m at 10km effort with 90 sec rec
    Thursday
    10 by 800m at 10km effort with 90sec rec
    Or
    4 by 800m if doing the 10 mile marathon series race on Sunday

    Monday / Wednesday
    50 mins easy/30 mins easy
    Fri/Sat
    Off /30 mins easy
    Weekend
    Race -10 miles
