    Thanks Tom/Bernard
Just a few things to bring,
Obviously Cycling or Tri Kit !
If you have a TT/Tri Bike bring it (keep you or get you used to the position your racing in)
I’d prefer if you had a Bike Computer with a Cadence Sensor (makes it easier to do the intervals)
Make sure you have the correct Skewer for the turbo looks like this

Something for after to Aid recovery like a Banana/Protein Shake/Bar.
Also a change of clothes and a woolly hat (important to get out of sweaty clothes ASAP especially when its cold outside).
    See You There

    My Tip is
Don’t bother with that running lark, get on your bike instead! You can have coffee and cake during and after !

Thanks, no I’m an A2 still, A1 is a whole level up again. Yeah was pretty brutal conditions it’s a hard enough race without that weather.
    Time for some recovery !

Quick question was discussing with James on Thursday would a brick session in the Phoenix park interest anyone start at 8am
    Then

    3x laps of bike course 1x run x 2
I’ll mind the bikes while you run 😀
