    3km at 10km pace, 3min rec, 1500m at 10km pace

    Thursday
    Session: 3 sets of 3 by 400m at 5km pace with 1min between reps, and 3mins between sets

    Marathon Training group
    Tuesday
    session:4 by 3km at threshold pace with 2min rec

    Thursday
    Session: 20 by 400m 1min rec

    Long Run
    Easy 23-25 Km

    Other days
    45 mins easy
    50mins easy
