    4 by 1500m ,[email protected] marathon,1min rec, [email protected],75sec rec, [email protected] km,2 min rec ,[email protected] marathon.

    Thursday
    Session -800m,4 by 400m,800m,4 by 400m, 800m 5km effort with 100m jog rec
    Marathon group
    Tuesday
    5 by 1500m at 10km effort with 90 sec rec
    Thursday
    Session- 4 sets of [email protected] half marathon pace, 100m jog rec, 500m at 5km pace, 200m jog rec

    Other days-
    60 mins easy
    45mins easy
    Long run 27/28km
