This looks like a bit of fun … a little flat if I am honest (loves the climbing I do) … but I may sign up for it….

    Hi Fergal

I am interested in the group of penguins you are selling.

    Are they still available?

    How many in the colony?

Are they of a joyful disposition?

    How much for the lot?

    Regards

    Steven

Yup definitely not a course for IM newbies as one of the toughest on the circuit … so doubt this will be the long distance race of choice if the club plan to organise something similar to Roth 2014 next year…

Besides McD is dangerous and should be a) fed after midnight and/or b) come in touch with water … both of which I suspect are high risks with this Ironman …

A minor point but one I would like to raise in Casso’s moment of glory…. so are you affiliated to Fixx Rollers or Piranha? hmmm???

What time zone are you living in??
This, and “el mono” nickname, reminds me of the pool lap counter-gate a couple of seasons ago..
It seems your time and distance measuring devices need some adjustment!!

    Enjoy your afternoon silverback

    Sorry Ian ๐Ÿ˜†

    Oh God – a nit picking banter-killer – the worst kind…

Am based in GMT but was referring to the time of the last post – so afternoon was correct!

    Chillax man ….

But you do raise a good point – this is hijacking the thread more than I intended – however my solution is simple – my salutation will be a simple WELL DONE AGAIN CASSO … so everyone is happy

    Moody, stop poisoning this thread

Nothing like a bit of banter on a Monday afternoon – so drop the grumpy old man glasses and join in the fun el mono…..

    advanced…. ????

bit optimistic after your not so brief hiatus and then boozing around Europe … maybe you should start in the improvers lane McTubby….

And to pre-empt the obvious retort – yes you are still a faster swimmer than me … but who is a tubby little thing at the mo??

    Hint – the answer has M, C and D in it …..
