Apologies for lack of clarity on the outcome of the vote – but based on the popular vote Challenge Lisboa on 19th May will be the official Piranha 70.3 race for 2018

I am now looking for a volunteer who will be the key point of contact for this race i.e. someone who will set up the now mandatory WA group, help the group co-ordinate/agree on registering/flights/logistics/accommodation/training groups (this can be delegated) – so request someone who will be racing Lisboa tdrop me a PM and I will give them a favour of what is involved as the role of Club 70.3 fearless leader (dont worry not a lot of work!).

No previous experience required (although a cat Shepard will be viewed upon favorably) – please let me know by 13th Sept latest.

Nb Despite this being the official club 70.3 – if anyone had their heart set on one of the other options – you are more than free to do that – it will be just more fun to get a big group to the one race/venue

    Kind regards

    Chairman Moo

    Hi folks

Delighted to be given the honor to chair the best Triathlon club in Ireland! Thank you for this opportunity

Excited to be working with some great people on the committee.

The fact the committee is an already smoothly running machine is testimony to the high caliber of people already in place and Nick’s fine stewardship thus far.

The bar has been set high and they are big shoes to fill but I will give it my all.

Proud to be a Piranha (chairman!)

Lads have a look at this and get updating – Belpark beating us …. RUBBISH …

I can list a number of Piranhas who did Barca not on this …

So come on – fix your club affiliation and watch us climb the rankings.

    Glad you enjoyed it John

Just to follow up on my WA posts from last night and to make sure everyone is aligned on what was agreed with 360 – please see my confirmation note from the 20th Oct (posted on Piranha cycling WA – apologies for those who may not have seen it)

Ok folks – sorted out final details of 360 maintenance classes – unfortunately no longer free but I have negotiated them down to €15 per person (includes a €5 sub from club) – so if still keen to avail of the classes at this great value price I need you to update the google sheet – including deleting yourself if no longer interested – NB ADD IN YOUR EMAIL by 9pm tonight – I will pass onto 360 to arrange with groups of 3 + directly – you need to pay 360 €15 directly – best of luck SM

So remember to bring you €15 on the night

trying to pay for my bundle and as paypal is down – going via the other option – system is asking for a shipping address

Will the gear be shipped individually (ie is shipping address important) or will the gear be delivered in bulk and we will organise collection amongst ourselves?

    Hi Aidan

Design looks awesome – hats off to Ryan Pretzel for knocking it out of the park again …

Discount is great value – well done to Judy and yourself

Only question I have is around timelines – when would kit be ready to collect?

Welcome all new entrants to the IM HoF

Would recommend for those who want to update the HoF request edit access from Frank (request link in top of google sheet) and update their own details – as otherwise bit of an overhead for one individual to chase up on the 16 new results

Just be careful when inputting not to delete anyone else!

I echo these sentiments – it was by far the most successful year that I have seen since I joined the club – a large part of that is due to the initiatives implemented by Bernard and the committee

Well done to one and all

    Hi Paul et al

Spoke to the generous folks in 360 and have clarified the offer is actually the below
€39 service is for free €0 until 21 of Nov. Every Piranha person is entitled to one free service which is normally €39. However, premium service is €30 extra. Over all PIRANHA STANDARD SERVICE €0.00 (100% discount) valid until 21/11/2016
PREMIUM SERVICE €30 (54% discount) valid until 21/11/2016

So as you can see it is REALLY good value – so take advantage whilst you can folks!

    Happy Tuesday to all

IM Copenhagen appeals – no incidents of non wetsuit swim I can find, nice flat bike and run courses and nice avg temp for that time of year 17c/62f …. and SMTB service it too …

No decisions made yet but this looks like a nice change from Barca
